1. We were able to check in relatively fast, however the agent who helped us forgot to give us our room key and gave us terrible directions on how to get to our room.

4. I even work at a hotel with only 168 rooms and we always have at least 2 front desk clerks to handle check-ins.

5. I arrived at the hotel and after a 6 hour plane ride the last thing I wanted to do was wait in a check-in line.
