9. When I voiced my shock at this display of disdain for sleeping hotel guests, the reactions of the front desk clerk and manager were merely "what are you so upset about?" We gathered our stuff and left -- NEVER TO RETURN.

10. They don't have hair dryers and ironing boards/irons in every room, but you can get them from the front desk (we brought our own dryer so not sure about that being lent out).
