3. Upon checking out of the room and speaking to the manager they informed us that they do not provide refunds for bed bugs (after informing them what our future plans were) they hesistently refunded us the money for the complete stay.

4. The night manager was stupid enough to ask me to go EVERY DAY of the stay BEFORE 10am to make that request at the reception.

5. the manager was rude and treated us like we needed to stay there with no smile her name was Lisa the roomas were small and dirty also the dirty looking concierge was rude as well and only wanted to sell strip club passes and was priced higher than the magazines ,,,prostitutes were offered at the concierge desk ,,,man tis a getto dump.
