3. and then started to blame ME for housekeeping busting open my door (BEFORE CHECK OUT) then because of this she actually said that we were not allowed to stay at this hotel anymore because they do not condone acts like that at there establishment.

4. Housekeeping wake-up call before 10am.

5. In the first night we were able to have two more towels sent to our room - but on the next day housekeeping replaced them again by two - and we had to go get more towels ourselves.
