2. Lack of communication with thier staff point blank, i especially like being woken up every day in the morning with a woman asking me do i want room service to sign the maids log at 8am.

3. Also, on a couple occasions, we put a sign on the door to NOT make the room, both in english and spanish but the maid would not care and do the room anyway.
