1. Close to the strip, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We booked our stay through our own timeshare, but being a Diamonds Resort property, they did their best to get us to attend a 90 minute presentation to see what they offered.

2. While it did not have a restaurant and a bar, there were also no gambling , no noise and no 2nd hand smoke .

3. Place is centrally located about 15 minutes walk to the stripand few minutes away from the main highway that connects to the Airport, Outlet Mall,Hoover Dam/Grand Canyon etc. Driving distance to Grocery Store and restaurants.
