3. Honestly, I bought a full week at this 2 bed/2bath unit with kitchen, patio, laundry, dining room, nice living room - off ebay (after reading Tripadvisor reviews/photos) for only $259.00.

5. This place looks like it was built as a rental condo, rather than as a vacation condo, ie, the walk-in closets, large laundry / storage room, large balcony with closet.
