1. While the kitchen counter tops and appliances could use updating, as a Diamond owner, I am glad that my maintenence fees are not being spent on units that are still in good condition and in good repair.

2. I was rudely told that there were 3 rooms left but because we were in our room for more than one hour we would be charged a major cleaning fee.

3. The front desk person then said he only had 1 room left; he would charge us a cleaning fee and move us closer to the street and asked, 'Do you want that?' The next day we noticed that they blast music in the courtyard pool area to try and drown out the traffic & airport noise.

4. Unfortuantely the resort uses an intermediary company to provide wi-fi access and there is a fee for wi-fi.
