2. toilets were dirty, garbage in garbage can, etc. All three bathrooms were not in good shape, needed recaulking around toilet, new grout on floor tile work, shower/tubs were dingy and the floor of the showers were very slimy.

4. Silverton rooms are spacious, well appointed, and feature several small touches I really appreciate, such as a CD player, dimmers on all lamps, a curved shower rod, and a nice cushion top mattress.
