The staff was extremly rude, they failed to mention at the time of booking my room, there would be a $200 security deposit that we would get back at check out as long as we didnt order any movies, room service, etc. So we paid that out of our spending money, got into our room, there were broken tiles in the bathroom, the mini fridge didnt work the entire first day we were there, and there were cigarette holes burnt into the comforters.
