1. We found the reception staff very helpful and friendly-we had a blockage in the bathroom that was rectified quickly and efficiently.

9. the good: casino was removed from the rooms and so gambling noise was not an issue, the room was Large and nicely furnished, the bathroom was huge (we had an ada accessible suite) and having the hairdryer already in suite made more room in our suitcase.
