4. 99/day fee for Internet (really?) Stuff like that, plus the $1 charge per local phone call, really soured me on what is otherwise a very nice place.

5. NOTE: this hotel, like all others in Vegas, charge 'Resort Fees' (I don't understand why) at $10.00 per night as well as a $100 credit/debit card or $200 cash 'incidental deposit'.

10. It took me an entire week after getting the billing statement to get this issue resolved and each time I called, I had to repeat the same story and go over the invoice for each charge before the representative realized I was overcharged.
