The things we liked (which were included in the rate) were: the large size of the suite, mini fridge, plenty of towels, complimentary soda and bottled water daily, nice soaps, lotions and shampoo, hot tub, WiFi (sometimes a problem to connect), room service pricing, room service food variety, room service staff (catered to my food allergies without issue), housekeeping staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and good temperature control.
