1. Take a look at the Golden Nugget next door this is where I want to stay next time,bigger,cleaner,awesome pool with fish around it and blackjack tables by the pool outside.

3. Unfortunately no pool, but access to a surprisingly nice, quet pool on the roof of Binions (both hotels now owned by same group)I liked the hotel - we stayed a few nights on the strip as well and am starting to prefer the downtown atmosphere.

6. You can use the rooftop pool at Binions (which is owned by the same people) across Fremont Street which is lovely.

7. We checked out some of the other local establishments of course --- Fremonts Hotel&Casino; have a great weekend brunch buffet for $11pp, Golden Nugget have an excellent pool area with a water slide that runs through an aquarium.

8. Third, when the hotel is full the housekeeping staff has a hard time keeping up, and room upkeep was lack-luster, and finally altho they promised the pool at Binions was open, it wasn't.
