1. Check in, check out real easy, no long lines, Coffee shop had great food and friendly service.

The staff was very professional and kind - I had no problems with check-in, maid service (we asked for extra pillows when we got to our room and they were delivered so fast and cheerfully), valet (awesome guys!), room service or security for lost and found (also really super nice people) and everyone spoke English.
