1. The staff from check-in, to bell hops, to maid service was excellent.

The staff was very professional and kind - I had no problems with check-in, maid service (we asked for extra pillows when we got to our room and they were delivered so fast and cheerfully), valet (awesome guys!), room service or security for lost and found (also really super nice people) and everyone spoke English.

5. Room: 949, the tower further away from the Fremont experiencePros: Friendly staff, maid service excellent, low table minimums, fast check-in, free in-room safe, in-room coffee maker, acceptable bed and pillows (they weren't great but they didn't prevent your from sleeping).
