1. We arrived and were immediatley greeted by a helpful young man, he guuided us to check in which was very easy.

10. This will sound funny but the elevators were awesome, there is nothing worse than waiting and waiting for an elevator and we never had too!:) Front desk also very nicely let us check in early and offered a late check out.
