3. In addition, we never got housekeeping service despite leaving at 8:00 am and not returning for the day until 4:30 pm.

4. We were able to check in a little early and every member of the staff with whom we interacted during our stay (front desk, housekeeping, cooking staff, maintenance) was very friendly, responsive and helpful.
