3. My favorite cut-and-paste dinner would have been the manchego cheese flan (60 calories-less than a mini-snickers - gorgeous and creamy anyway),a fennel, orange, and frisee salad, and perfectly cooked lamb chops with a wild honey-orange-rosemary glaze.
