1. I brought my own bed linens due to other reviews on here but personally saw nothing wrong with the sheets.

5. :) Never personally had trouble with bed being 'hard' or water being too cold/too hot (maybe some people don't know how to work old-fashioned knob?) or any stains on sheets/curtains.
