The only complaints I had were basically the rough towels (seriously, don't even think about using a rubbing motions, just pat yourself dry or you lose a layer of skin!), the lack of a coffee pot (there was coffee in the lobby but only one small pot, which was sometimes old or mostly empty), and an admission that some things were a little in need of fixing just to make it feel nicer (blanket on bed had some small holes, front of one drawer would kind of pull loose, carpet flat and old, someone had humorously defaced decorative painting of ship on wall with stickers).
