1. It wasn't until that evening when our kids went to use the pool and we sent them to have a bath afterward that we found out that the water faucet on the bathtub would not pull on, so they dried off with some of the towels.

2. I arrived at 3 am with my family (wife 6 months pregnant and 3 year old) to find a muddy bathtub, beds that were not made, hair in the ice bucket, a pair of socks on the floor.

3. Com was terrible the Allamo Inn and suites is dirty smelly mold in bathtub bed had hair in it itowels were gray instead of white next morning GOT out of there didnt even was our face or brush are teeth yuk was a terrible stay requested my money back would not give full refund called better bbb they didn't do nothing next call is health board.
