3. Free wifi was available in the room, although the signal was pretty patchy - we were on the 5th floor, almost at the back of the property so it may work better in rooms closer to the lobby.

7. I forgot to mention that while waiting to speak to the manager, I discovered that my details had been accessed from their lobby computer and I am now receiving approval for cash day loan applications made using my email address the previous night (which I clearly did not make!).

9. Each time we have arrived- we struggle through the door with all of our luggage, strollers, and kids, and have never had anyone offer to help hold the door open or do anything even through there is no one else in the lobby.
