1. Upon arrival I noticed the housekeeping staff putting new comforters in the rooms which I really apprecaited and was surprised about (maybe this is common practice now, I'm a novice traveler).

2. The fridge and microwave in the room were great (the breakfast is awful, good only for picking up plastic spoons and forks to eat your own food in the room, but that's fine), the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room spotless.
