1. The housekeeper that cleaned our room each day arranged my daughters stuffed animals on their beds, and folded the towels into wonderful little decorations.

The staff were friendly but as a small hotel,they seemed to double up on their duties (eg: the chef brought us extra towels and the security guard a plunger when the toilet got blocked - this was late one night and we asked for the maintenance to sort out the toilet and were brought a plunger to do it ourselves and were told there was only one person on front desk and the guard and it wasnt his duty!- when I asked if there was maintenance on call, they said no so I wasnt happy at having to do that at 11pm at night after a long day.
