A friend of a friend lives in Glendale CA and very kindly offered to come out and take me out for dinner in West Hollywood which is about a 45 minute to hour drive from the hotel (Especially in LA traffic!) If you happen to venture out into that area there's a great little Brazilian restaurant (Opposite The Abbey) on the corner of N Robertson and Santa Monica blvd.

2. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast in the a.m., but no lunch or dinners (plenty of places to eat around though, including in the big Marriott).
