1. We understand we weren't paying for a 5 star hotel and didn't expect too much but one of the 3 mornings we had no hot water (apparently a problem throughout the hotel), were never asked if we would like help with our bags (on check in or out, even though we had many Disney bags) and when we tried to book a hire car we received no more help from front desk other than listing the companies in the area (surely it wouldn't have killed them to make a couple of phone calls on the behalf of a couple of international guests obviously out of their comfort zone).
