1. It's located a 10 min walk from the Disneyland parks and very close to all the big name hotels and restaurants.

2. Leaves some room in the budget for the nice restaurants in the area like PF Chang's, Cheesecake Factory, El Torritos, etc. By the way, don't try to walk to El Torritos unless you feel like burning off your entire meal before you get there.
