1. When we checked in we requested a late check out for one room (for a small fee) and we were able to extend the check out on the other room the night before we left (again, another small fee, which we were more than happy to pay).

7. They keep raising the rates, it's always excluded from Marriott special offers, there's no continental breakfast (which is supposed to be standard with Fairfield hotels) and now they raised the parking fee to $11 per night.

8. Gift shop was convenient for sundries etc. Parking (with a fee) is not guaranteed, so if you try and find a spot later than 8 or 9 pm you could be in for a hassle.

9. Side note: we have stayed at all 3 Disney hotels and the price paid is too high for the surly staff and high fees.

10. Parking can be tight, guests are limited to one car per room, and I believe the hotel charges $9 per day to park on top of the room rate - we did not have the parking fee because we had an Alaska airline package that covered this hotel stay.
