3. Everyone from the reception to security to parking to housekeeping to restaurant staff were pleasant, professional and efficient.

4. Also, after checkout, you still need your scan card to EXIT the parking deck (if you do not return the card, a $50 fine is levied); therefore, you must get your car out of the garage and return to the hotel lobby in order to return the card.

5. 2- To self park, you have to obtain a scan card at Reception ($10 for 24 hours), which gives one access to a parking deck that is adjacent to the hotel but not directly connected.

6. After parking, you must go down some steps and enter the street of the hotel.
