1. At checkout, I suggested to the clerk that because the hotel was not nearly full, they could have put us in a bigger room rather than the tiny one that was in the class we booked.

2. Also, after checkout, you still need your scan card to EXIT the parking deck (if you do not return the card, a $50 fine is levied); therefore, you must get your car out of the garage and return to the hotel lobby in order to return the card.
