1. They do serve these items in the lobby but, per the menus on the little tables, they charge 18% service charge to bring them the few feet from teh restaurant to the lobby.

3. The restaurant is not a good match for what the hotel needs and the host for Monday, 3/22 was flippant when I questioned a $3 charge for buying a can of coke - didn't mention I would be paying $6 plus on the hotel bill for coke and delivery.
