1. - HAIRS on the sheets in one of the beds - both human and I think animal (the place is pet friendly, but STILL) When we called down to the front desk, the guy brought another set of sheets.

4. - threadbare sheets and makeup stains on the pillowcases- holes in the blanket (that was too small for the bed) this thing was so old it looked like Linus' security blanket.
