1. The shuttle drivers were helpful with suggestions about interesting attractions, and good places to eat, the housekeeping staff worked extra hard to help with air fresheners to keep my room smelling clean in spite of neighbors who smoked in a non-smoking room.

2. they explained they had just received a shipment of new towels but housekeeping had no had a chance to get them to all rooms and being it was so late (3:00 am) housekeeping was not on premises .

3. Housekeeping staff didn't speak English, so I delivered the best info I could in Spanish, and they repeatedly took my number (in Spanish) and never called me back.
