1. - HAIRS on the sheets in one of the beds - both human and I think animal (the place is pet friendly, but STILL) When we called down to the front desk, the guy brought another set of sheets.

3. We called the front desk from our cell, and asked that she just bring the master key because my little guy was fast asleep and just needed to get into the room, but was told that she was busy doing 'paperwork and dealing with someone so it would be a bit.
