5. I can see how much the owner dislikes smoking, so if ur planning to light up, he recommends staying somewhere else.

6. In the lobby he keeps a menu of all the local restaurants and what each has to offer, and has some really good recommendations, one he did recommend was Church street cafe in old town but u can google it to get all the info.
