1. It was every thing we wanted, clean room, clean pool, reasonable rates and close to Old Town.

2. Pros: Inexpensive rate, free parking, free Wifi, pool, clean room, attentive & helpful front desk personnel, the laundry facilities and ice were convenient to the rooms, and even though the parking is essentially just outside your door, noise wasn't an issue at all.

5. Also, there's a nice vending room a few doors down with snacks, sodas, and ice, and the pool/lounge area looks very nice (although there was no swimming for us in October!).
