2. It is exceptionally clean, the rooms are very large and roomy, it is close to downtown in a nice neighborhood, and the rooms have all the modern amenities that you need.

3. As others have mentioned, while the location is a bit nondescript, it is indeed walking distance to the touristy Old Town district and an easy car or bus ride to other neighborhood on or near Central Avenue.
