1. Chestnut Street is a main entertainment area just one block down with several coffee/bakery/shops and a great little bar called The Campus bar with a comfortable atmosphere and really cold beer.

3. Street noise is unbelievable - as is the noise from the other 'less then desirable' tenants who close the bars then continue to party inside and OUTSIDE their rooms until the wee hours of the morning - to which the invisible management ignores and/or is oblivious.
