Not a bad pricer for SF, the exterior rooms with windows facing outward to the
street
are somewhat more spacious, ours overlooked Grant St.

First view of the room was a little disappointing as there was absolutely no view whatsoever and then realised that we had asked for a quiet room so it wouldnt be
street
side and noisey and we could sleep in :) It was quiet, and comfortable.

I would open the door and sit on the ledge and watch the view of the city while eating my delicious cannolis from an italian bakery down the
street
, and just enjoy life.

Do try to get a room that does not face Broadway, and if you are squeamish about staying in an area with packs of drunken merrymakers roving the
street
s at night, then you might do well to look elsewhere.

The room with a king bed was large, very clean and quiet (we asked for and got one facing a backyard away from the busy
street
s).

Check-in was a breeze; on-site parking is comparatively inexpensive and excellent; and though it IS located down the
street
from the redlight district/strip clubs, it's also walking distance to a slew of great eateries, hip clubs, and fun venues.
