1. The location of the hotel is very convenient with a great Thai restaurant around the corner and great breakfast spots nearby, shopping starts a couple blocks away as well as a trolley stop, and Chinatown is a short walk.

3. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions, luggage, car, etc. Continental breakfast was marginal with a choice of three items from a list including, toast (driest I have ever had), croissant, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice.
