1. Good location,easy to get down town on the F line tram that stops outside and cost 2$ eachway if you are going to use alot of transport get a Muni card ,1day/14$-3day21$ this lets you use all public transport including the lovely Cable cars that you can catch just up the road at Hyde where you can buy muni tickets.
