Neighborhood borders on the Tenderloin and the

s get a little tricky (panhandlers, etc) but it`s not the worst I`ve seen.

During this 20 minutes, existing guests were ringing the doorbell to gain entry (you don't get a key to the building which is permanently locked - probably due to the number of beggars in the
street
outside), these guests were being ignored as the man did not seem to be able to do more than one thing at a time.
