3. It's located in a ghetto neighborhood so u need to walk through a hundred of homeless greeting either from metro or parking lot to the hotel.

The hotel is very old and so it 'looks' old, but despite the age it's very quaint, it's clean and very quiet and very well located, close to very nice places and to public transportation, next door to a big parking structure, which was nice when parking is hard to find and expensive, we payed only $25 dlls for 24 hrs and took the bus, so it worked nicely.

7. My list of Pros and Cons:Pros:+ Location - walking distance to Union Square and Chinatown and steps from small Mom & Pop restaurants with excellent food and lines out the door, Walgreens on the next block, and paid parking lot was next to the hotel.
