1. After speaking with the manager, I found out that after the guy threw up, they cleaned up our car, and we were refunded for our stay there.

3. i went to this hotel on the advice of tripadvisor- it is in the tenderloin, close to union square but a very scary area - the room was tiny, no a/c, very loud, manager looked afraid to unlock the door to let us in, then locked the door behind us.
