2. Whilst on a driving tour of California with a couple of friends we chose this hotel based on TA reviews and the fact that it had secure parking at $20 per day.

3. We were pleased with the overall property, the location of the Inn, the cleanliness of the room, how quiet the hotel was, found the parking to be very convenient and enjoyed our complimentary drink at the Swank.

We were also offered a free bottle of wine, got free parking $18/night for 3 nights due to the problem, and she offered to move us the remaining 2 nights to a better room with a view (nice thought: but we don't want to unpack, repack and unpack again in 18 hours)So the customer service was exceptionally accommodating.
