The Continental breakfast was really lacking and what
food
there was was watery, mushy and tasteless, plus there was only room for a handful of guests to dine so you had to take the
food
back to your room, Ick.

There is an attached charming little mid-century cocktail lounge next door but it does not serve
food
so we didn't linger.

The lobby is quite small, so with the continental breakfast going on, a lot of people on top of each other, either with
food
or luggage or just trying to get in or out of the door.

The
food
issue is a real one--if you get back after 7 PM, very little is open in the neighborhood either, so there were nights I just went to bed without dinner.
"Fantastic hotel if you're going to be in the neighborhood "
