2. The staff were incredibly helpful at check-in and throughout the stay, giving tips about the surrounding area including where to park for cheap (the hotel does have some limited parking of its own but there is a fee).

5. check in was a little bit worrying because they hadn't got my keys ready and at first couldn't find my reservation information but the only resulted in a few minutes longer at the check in desk.

8. Booking the hotel was very easy, as was check in, etc - and the price really couldn't be beat - especially in San Francisco where there are so many expensive hotels.
