1. When we arrived there was sand in the bath but I reported this to the friendly lady at the reception and when we returned it was clean.

3. Nice and very large room & bath;Clean;wi-fi + 4 PCs connected to the internet, to be used for free;breakfast is ok;the position is very convenient, as you have union square, chinatown and the cable car, all at a walking distance.

5. Good advice from reception on restaurants, bike hire, trams, etc.Rooms are big because the building is old - this is a good thing if you like having a walk-in wardrobe, a big chest of drawers, a table and chairs, a kitchenette, a bath and lots of space.
