1. They offer you free parking (the parking spaces inside the building can be a bit hard to manage, but they offer additional parking in a lot across the street) and a free continental breakfast.

7. In summarisation I would say that this was a fine enough place for most to stay, its quite cheap ( for San Fran, we stayed at the Rex last visit and that has trebled in price in just 4 years), its location is superb, its quite fun and funky, it has a swimming pool ( not heated I don`t think and a bit open next to the street ), its on a quiet street and it`s safe.

9. The hotel was also relatively quiet - we heard no street noise and only heard our neighbors once (when a couple of young children in the room upstairs sounded like they were jumping up and down and screaming in the late evening).
